DATABASE SCANNING		- All personnel who register with us are processed onto our extensive database. We then match them against your specific requirements for suitability.

INTERNAL ADVERTISING		- All vacancies are posted and advertised in our illuminated window display.

EXTERNAL ADVERTISING		- Vacancies are loaded onto our website which is linked to various other websites where our positions are advertised if required. Our job is to work closely with you to create an advertisement for not only local press, regional, national and trade press.

SELECTION CRITERIA		- On reciept of applicants, reference checks are undertaken, and the FIRST LINE SELECTION procedure begins. We then forward a shortlist of applicants for your perusal, for whom we will arrange interviews at your request.

AND FINALLY		- Following the final interviews, which we are pleased to be involved with, the offer is made to the successful candidate. We will communicate with all of the applicants to conclude the process.
